Policies

Pilates attire: comfortable clothing (not too baggy), no zippers, minimal (or no) jewery, no socks except Pilates “sticky” socks…this is all for your safety and the safety of the equipment. 

All equipment is thoroughly cleaned between each session.

24 hours notice is required for cancellations.  Late cancellations will forfeit that lesson.

Packages expire 6 months from purchase date.

No refunds.
